Insertion of penis and sperm count are two different aspects. [1]Insertion of penis can be achieved. Failure to insert penis in vagina is not uncommon.
If you take guidance from Sex Therapist insertion is definitely possible even after 11 years. [2] Repeat Semen Analysis. You must have done Semen Analysis few times earlier. Preserve all semen analysis report.

My gal frieind got pregnant…we both are not married….its 5 weeks preg…we are both tensed and want to abort it..she took mt-pill/mifeprostone on 1st of jan morning . then after 40 hours ..she took 2 misoprostol at 11:30 Pm in night and nothing happened till morning 8:00 am and then again she took 2 more misoprostol. and today its 6 PM nothing happned till now….now what to do…we dont want D&N…we want it thru medicine..

Mifeprestone and Misoprostol are used as follows:
Medicines have to begin within 49 days of the FIRST date of the last menses. You wrote “….its 5 weeks preg…”.
This doesn’t tell me whether it is 5 weeks after the periods were expected. Most likely you mean one week after the expected periods.
Important:
Did you confirm pregnancy by Urine Pregnancy Test? Are you presuming pregnancy because menses are delayed?
Immediately what is to be done:
Now that you have taken medicines, the first step is to do USG, Ultra Sonography.
With the Ultra sonography, the MD gynecologist can tell with certainty if the uterus has any products of conception.
It the uterus does not show any embryo tissue, then you are clear.
If the uterus shows that some pregnancy remnants are there then the correct thing is to do D & C. Dilatation and Curretage is a common procedure done to remove pregnancy contents from the womb (uterus). Exactly what is to be done in your particular case, the Gynecologist on examination and investigations will be able to tell you.
Please go to a qualified Gynecologist.
Do not appear scared? The more scared you are the more could be the fees in some set ups.
This procedure does not require that the couple be married. In India, abortion or cleaning of womb (uterus), is legally approved, (that is it is not considered illegal, or to be done.) is made legal so that people receive hygienic care from qualified MD Gynecologist thereby the side effects and the after effects are remarkably reduced. The same procedure would be done if the couple is married. The treatment does not differ.
