Bleeding during sex in men

QUESTION
BLEEDING AND TRAUMA TO PENIS
DURING
SEXUAL INTERCOURSE

dear sir
i have small cut in frenulum during intercourse associated with very
little pain. But due to this trauma, penis does not get stiff and i
face erection problems from last 2 years. Even abstaining from sex for
2 months it gets healed but things recur during sex.
I use vesceline during sex but due to fear of pain or rip it does not
become stiff. Also i have weak glans penis tissue getting reddish
during sex.
I had heavy fixed drug reaction about 2 years earlier for about 3
months healing time in glans penis . Dermatologist says that cut in
frenulum and weakness of penis tissue is not because of reaction and
the cream he gives for applying does not help. plz also note that i
dont have std.
plz propound some medication.

thanks and regards
Mr. P. T. Ttppppp (anonymous) (married, 28 years, 5 ft 9 in, 79kgs)

MY DOCTOR TELLS: REPLY

Hi
Your condition is curable and erection should be no problem.

Please understand that the base of the frenulum is notorious for getting torn during vigorous sexual intercourse.
As other wounds this also heals remarkably well.

From the details provided I suggest
1)
Do frequent masturbation.
It will get you erection and the sexual apparatus will function well.
Masturbation also causes friction. However, your hand regulates the thrusts. Hence, the frenulum becomes used to the friction eventually and the skin becomes tough. Thereby during future sexual intercourse the chances of injury are minimized.

2)
Using a condom acts as a protective sheath and prevents abrasion.

3)
Instead of vaseline I have advised KY Jelly to my patients in the past.

4)
No circumcision
My patients have recovered with the above tips and they have not had to do circumcision, which is what some doctors may advice you.

5)
Unlikely given your age, but check for Blood Sugar.
I hope you do not have diabetes.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or issues.

sir, i’ve seen in one book that we should minimum sex in whole life, excess masterbation, sex or semen loss increases the chances reduces life span. and the swami vivekanand did not masterbate in their whole life so they are great man now..
what ur opinion abt this ???
and also some people says that masterbation causes PIMPLE and cheek contracted, excess pain in back body arm etc.
what are the possible scientific causes behind it

Hastamaithun does not cause any problem. To know more about size of penis see

If your doubts persist it is better to get examined by Sex Therapist before marriage. All problems have solutions and you will be fit and confident before marriage.
