I remind, that where ever sex education has been rigorously implemented statistically significant difference is reported by scientific studies corroborating the fact that ‘sexual act’ decreased.
Sex Education does not teach how to make babies or how to avoid infections, it teaches RESPONSIBLE SEXUAL BEHAVIOR. Without change in behavior all sex education or AIDS awareness is waste of time and money.
