zydena © is developed by Dong-A Pharmaceutical, and is awaiting US FDA approval.
Udenafil is not approved in
US, Canada, Europe.
It is used in Malaysia, South Korea, Russia. Zydus has begun promotion of Udenafil in India.
SIDE EFFECTS UDENAFIL:
Side effects of Udenafil are
Palpitations, prolonged erections, flushing, dizziness eye pain, increased lacrimation, nasal congestion, headache.
UDENAFIL DOSAGE:
100 mg tablet half hour before sexual activity.
Since the effect of Udenafil lasts for 24 hours, the next dose of medicine should be taken after 24 hours.
Depending on the requirement the dosage may be increased to a maximum of 200mg/day.
DRUG INTERACTION DANGER UDENAFIL:
As with other PDE-5 inhibitor drugs like Sildenafil (Viagra), Tadalafil (Cialis), Vardenafil (Levitra) this medicine UDENAFIL should not be taken along with Nitrates.

This medicine is still awaiting clinical trials and is not yet approved in countries, which have stringent safety norms. Thus, Udenafil should not be the first choice of medicine in the treatment of erectile dysfunctions.
