id like to know what is the best treatment for penile internal tissue tearing. the cause is prolonged pressure on glanse penis.

To begin with is required thorough physical examination, 2 D color Doppler if necessary, and of course proper clinical history.
A
If the function of penis, sexual intercourse is unaffected, nothing need be done.
B
If there is scarring of tissue leading to bend or Pyeronie’s disease, surgical intervention may be called for.
