Ten Tips for more Sexual Pleasure and better Procreation

TEENAGE & SEX

1.
Nature at play:

In adolescence the tornado of sexual hormones cause new feelings in the growing child called ‘sexual desire’ or ‘sexual attraction’. The child is changing, often ill at ease, as nature prepares (not you or me) the species for reproductive propagation. Mainly Estrogen and Progesterone in girls and Testosterone in boys work to make the individual biologically mature, capable of reproduction.

2.
Definition of teenage

Here I stick to simple definition of teenage. Teenage is between thirteen to nineteen. In India this roughly corresponds to 8th standard (13 years) up to second year of graduation (19 years). That’s when they are in teens.

3.
Age at marriage.

The single, most vital reason for teenage/premarital sex is delayed age of Marriage.

The (virgin) boy who gets married at age 28 is doing a mammoth task of restraining against nature his sexual desires for no less than 12 years. So it is with girls.

4.
Difficulty of handling sexual urges until marriage?

It is nothing else, but unavailability of opportunity (social circumstances) and self restrain (cultural inhibition) that prevent teenagers from sexual intercourse. There are love affairs en route, with emotional involvement, without physical sexual intercourse. Restraining one’s sexual urges against inevitable biological inner and outer forces of attraction for 365 days a year, for over ten years until one gets married is a herculean task. Such is the plight of teenager today for no fault of theirs only because the age at marriage is now shifted to average 26 up to 29 years in the educated, earning class of people.

This is a heavy burden on teenagers where despite temptation (lust/love/crush), despite the rebellious streak against parents and authority, along with social acceptance to making boy friends and girl friends, active help and from peers, quest to be one up amongst peers, availability of time and places of privacy, exposure to provocation from media and sometimes active seduction.

5.
Differences in prevalence of teenage sex in rural and urban India.

No difference.
Teenage sex is as much prevalent in villages as in metro cities of India.
This means there has to be common factor for inducing sex. This common factor is not mystery. It is ‘nature’s physiological functioning that induces sex.

6.
At what age do teenagers have first sex?

Age at first sex in teenagers depends upon how soon they get opportunity.
Note:
I have not included cultural factor or devotion to certain vocation (some people may call this as sublimation) as force of inhibition. The reason is It does not take much for the inhibitions to break given tempting circumstance.

Provocations for premarital sex in teenagers.
Constraints for premarital sex in teenagers.

7.
What prevents teenage sex?

The reason why all teenagers do not have sex before marriage (or irrespective of marriage) is socio-cultural upbringing. The traditions, orthodox mindset, cultural norms, family restrictions, infamy are various reasons that act as effective constraints for promiscuous sex. Least of all the restraining forces is knowledge of undesirable consequences such as sexually transmitted illnesses STI and unwanted pregnancy.

8.
Conclusion:
What is desirable?

How to stop premarital sex?
A
It is desirable that teenagers know about consequences of sex. Do not keep them away from knowledge of contraception and safe sex. Let the teenagers know what is responsible sexual behavior and why.
B
This is not enough. Let the age at marriage be between 20 and 25. Neither later nor earlier than this.

9.
Why age 20 to 25 is preferable for marriage?

A

Individual Reason based on biology
This is the time human sexuality is in full bloom.
There are methods of preventing pregnancy. Thus, without depriving themselves of sex, youngsters can pursue their individual education. Soon they will shift from learning to earning.

B

Social reason

(a) The less understood reason for marriage at age 20 to 25 is you can actively help your children (younger generation) when they are about to launch their career.

You are just 50 when your children are 25. You can guide them in to business or vocation or actively support financially for higher education of their choice. You are not yet retired. You have your contacts, your finance, your reputation and know how to guide them.
(b) Social reason based on based on current scenario of
HIV/AIDS,
unwanted pregnancy and
social stigma of promiscuity.

Do not kill the sexual yearning. The cost society pays for depriving legitimate sex is very high. Melinda and Bill Gates Foundation could pump their handsome donation in more useful cause rather than in management of scourge called HIV/AIDS.

How easy is prevention of HIV/AIDS?

Actually, prevention of HIV/AIDS is very simple.
This is the secret.
Are you listening?
(1) Replace myths about harm of masturbation with the knowledge of the fact that masturbation is the safest sex. (Sometimes more pleasurable than with partner.)
(2) Early marriages. Marriage automatically implies being faithful to partner.

This is the best and the fastest way to root out the flaring trend of STI. Sexually Transmitted Infection will soon be a thing of the past as plague is today.

10.
TEENAGE AND SEX
Summary

Do not make teenagers wait too long for sex. Remember you were also a teenager at one time. Let the age of marriage be between 20 and 25. As soon as they are out of the turbulent teenage let the door open for legitimate sex with congenial friend who would be their trusted life partner. Around age 20 to 25, the teenager who has blossomed in to young individual, is biologically richly ripe for procreation.
