and Threrese Ziemann age 48 (2) both of Menasha; Ziemann’s sister Michelle Belliveau age 43 (3) of Neenah and the man’s wife(4) are charged with being party to false imprisonment. Ziemann also is charged with fourth-degree sexual assault.

They face up to six years in prison.
