BEST TREATMENT TO PROLONG SEX

By Dr. Ashok Koparday
Accredited Sex Therapist

Sex period is prolonged by increasing duration of three aspects of sex
I) Foreplay
II) Intercourse
III) Afterplay.

I) To prolong foreplay it is vital to enrich sex by increasing T – Trust, T – Time, T – Talk and only thenT – Touch.
The vital part of sex is blossoming of sexual mood in the sex partners. Wonderful details of this are already given above.

II) Intercourse consisting of insertion is prolonged by increasing the intravaginal latency time. This is accomplished by methods that do not use medicines and by those that use medicines. The nonmedicinal methods include the use of more than one condom, training to delay the ejaculatory reflex by exercising systematically the pelvic floor muscles, by masturbating prior to sexual intimacy, by increasing the weekly frequency of sexual intercourse, by increasing sexual excitement so as to do more than one consequent sexual intercourse thus naturally prolonging the sex period in all subsequent sexual intercourse. One of the popular medicines used to prolong sex period is the use of local anesthetics in the form of sprays, creams or addition to the lubricant in the condom, which are then marketed with the tag line extra long. Clomipramine, a tricyclic antidepressant prolongs sex period. Intravaginal ejaculatory latency is increased commonly by Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors. Clinical studies have shown that Paroxetine increases sex period seven folds. Dapoxetine is FDA approved medicine for prolonging sex period. Sildenafil and PGE5 inhibitors increase sex period by enabling repeated sexual intercourse resulting. Vacuum device, Intracavernosal injection of vasoactive drugs and penile prosthesis work by similar mechanism.
III) To enhance afterplay it is important to know that after ejaculation the guy should not uncouple, but continue thumping until she achieves her orgasm. Even after ejaculation rubbing movements are done by his pelvis against her so that the female genitals receive more and unbroken stimulus enabling her to achieve multiple orgasms. After both are sexually satiated light caressing helps deepen interpersonal emotional bonding causing richer sense of fulfillment. Playfulness, teasing, joviality and shamelessness directly increase quality and the quantity.

HOW TO PROLONG SEX PERIOD

By Rudy / wikianswers

Foreplay is the key, so start early with suggestions to create anticipation , getting emotions and desires heighten ed for the day. Ifyou plan an evening of bliss , start with a promise as you leave for work, then call during the day saying what you have planned, such as a shower or bath together, music and a massage with scented oils, etc. You can even leave little love notes for him/her to find during throughout day, increasing the anticipation. Think of each others’ desires and not yours alone.

For Women:

Foreplay should be an amorous, sensual adventure, making her needs and desires a priority and yours secondary . If you learn and practice this concept,it will help you learn to be a very caring, expert lover. You must realize women have emotional natures for the most part,so one first needs to know what foreplay is and what it isn’t , and kiss kiss, rub, tickle, and jump on is not the way to ensure a woman’s needs are met. Actually, it may achieve just the opposite; the woman will often end up frustrated and unsatisfied, and sometimes even resentful, feeling she is no more than an object for your needs.

However, there are timeswhen a ” quickie” is appropriate and mutually agreed upon. For women, sex is not just physical, it also includes her emotions as well. Foreplay starts longbefore the act of intercourse, it’s the difference between just having sex or being consumed with the entire lovemaking experience.

For women, foreplay actually starts long before you even reach the bedroom. Women need to feel loved and desirable at all times, notjust when you are ‘in the mood’, so be sure to give her affection and attention even when youaren’t aroused or hoping for ‘some action’. Many women are turned on by things most men would never even think of, suchas doing the dishes together, holding hands while watching TV, bathing the kids for her while she relaxes, etc.

Studies have proven these things can be a precursor to her being”in the mood”, but never do these things expecting to be ‘rewarded’ with sex since this will make her feel resentful for having to ‘pay’ for your attention or help.

Ask and learn her likes and dislikes, be attentive, notice and remember even the smallest things that make her passionate. Learn as many of her “erogenous areas” as possible, as well as things that put a twinkle in her eye, such as sweet smelling oils and a massage, Do not do the same thing every time, learn to be inventive andcreative so you avoid becoming boring and mundane. Use these to start the foreplay process, having her realize you enjoy and want to fulfill her needs and desires.

Foreplay is all about “how and when” to push the right emotional and physical buttons (if you don’t turn the light switch on, changing the bulb won’t make the light come on). Then, once the emotional buttons are pushed, you can slowly begin the physical aspect of lovemaking. Be diverse, but know how long to spend in one area. Not enough time equals frustration, too much time and they can become sore or numb because, no matter how many times you push an elevator button it won’t come any faster.

Women have tender and sensitive areas, so nuzzleand kiss these areas gently. And, when mutually agreed upon, use your hand/fingers forstimulation, which stimulates the vaginal lubrication, continuing on to oral stimulation (if acceptable with both of you); suckling the clitorisgives great pleasure to many women.

Once orgasms are achieved, women need to know you still need and want them, so”pillow talk” with hugs, caresses and talking, brings the momentum of the passion to a tender, loving finish for both partners.

If you make proper foreplay a habit the “Lovemaking Experience” will be fun, erotic and something you both look forward to, and won’t consider it an obligation or a duty.

For Men:

First, Don’t be in a hurry , go slowly.

Men, for the most part, are logical by nature, most become aroused by sight, sounds and scent, so learn what arouses him in these areas and you’re well on your way for setting the mood. Sexy or feminine lingerie, soft music, and perfume, and even more discreet things such as preparing his favorite meal can be very effective stimulants for men.

Nakedness, teasing and kissing triggers his testosterone, increasing his sex drive. Men’s erogenous zones are generally in the groin and pelvic area, so kissing, fondling, caressing and oral activities in these areas will heighten his passion. Many men also become aroused by gently nibbling or kissing his earlobe. If you do more than one of these at a time it becomes “ultra-pleasurable”, so you needto know when to stop and what areas to concentrate on to avoid premature ejaculation. Being creative and learning how to avoid anearly ending to the experience will prove to be a mutually and satisfying experience for both partners.

Normal erection happens because of engorgement of blood in the spongy tissue of penis in the presence of sexual excitement or at night in the process called nocturnal penile tumescence, NPT for short.

Penis is usually small, soft, spongy. On sexual arousal penis becomes stiff and gets elongated. This is the process of erection. Erection is also called tumescence. Flaccid or detumescent penis gets engorged with blood when there is sexual arousal.
An erection occurs when the soft spongy tissue in the shaft of a man’s penis fills with blood, causing the penis to enlarge and stiffen. Spongy spaces (technically known as corpora cavernosa and corpora spongiosa) along the length of the penis fill with blood in response to physical stimulation, psychological stimulation, or both. This process requires that the blood supply and the nerve connections to the penis are working properly.

Dilation of the arteries that feed blood to the penis results in engorgement of the spongy tissue. Simultaneous contraction of the muscles at the base of the penis prevents the blood from draining out through the veins, thus maintaining the erection.

Nerves in the spinal cord also control erection, which receive input from physical contact to the penis and/or surrounding areas, sexual thoughts, dreams, or images, and sex hormones.

Barring an erectile disease, and provided there is sufficient blood flow and nerve impulses, a man is capable of getting an erection when sexually stimulated. It is important to know that erections come and go. The ability of a man to get an erection is an automatic, normal function similar to his ability to breathe and blink his eyes.

IMPORTANT DISTINCTION Please note that you can open or close eye lid at will voluntarily, but you cannot bring about erection by will. You can raise your hand voluntarily, but you cannot command or cause erection voluntarily.
PITFALL- DON’T CHECK YOUR ERECTIONS THIS WAY.
Most people who suspect they have difficulty in getting erection TRY TO GET ERECTION by making conscious effort and keep watching the result. They DO NOT GET ERECTION not because they have erectile dysfunction, but because erection cannot be voluntarily willed.

Penis Size Is Not Related to Pleasure.

Men of all ages occasionally have concerns about the size of their erect penis and whether it is sexually adequate.

IMPORTANT FACT
Although a common worry, the size of a man’s erection is not related to his ability to please a partner or enjoy sex himself.

The earlier you realise that size is not important for his or her sexual satisfaction the better you will be.

DON’T WASTE MONEY AND TIME IN FOOLISH QUEST TO INCREASE SIZE OF YOUR PENIS.

If you want to be a good lover, who totally satisfies a woman than ask about THE ART OF FUCKING OR SCIENCE OF LOVE MAKING.

You can fully satisfy a woman with whatever god given penis size you have.

WHY PENIS SIZE DOES NOT MATTER FOR SEXUAL SATISFACTION

Excellence in hand writing depends on the skills of one who is writing and not on the length of your pen.
Excellence of an exquisite beautiful painting depends on the artist’s art of painting and not on the size of the paint brush.
How good a public speaker you are depends on your eloquence and not on the length of your tongue.
How powerfully well you do Martial Arts does not depend on the length of your arm.
How proficient a cricket player you are does not depend upon the length of your bat.

BIGGER PENIS IS NEITHER BETTER NOR MORE SEXY. Get out of the wrong belief that you will do better sex if you have long hard cock.
Bigger penis is myth nurtured by pornography with depiction of abnormally long penis and taste for it.

DID YOU KNOW-
Girls don’t swoon over longer penis nor do they get more sexual pleasure or satisfaction.

THINK

It would be foolish if to excel in cricket Sachin Tendulkar spent his efforts, time, money in increasing his height.

Emperor Shivaji does not have to increase his height to be a powerful warrior and brave
King.

Worry about penis size is damaging.
In fact, continually thinking about penis size can interfere with achieving an erection, and with the giving and receiving of pleasure.

MORE FACTS
There is rarely a relationship between the size of a flaccid penis and its size when erect. A small flaccid penis can show a remarkable change as it erects and a large flaccid penis sometimes changes very little in length or thickness, as it becomes erect.
NORMAL PENIS SIZE IN ADULT INDIAN MALE
Measurements below are provided by Dr. Ashok Koparday’s Samadhan India: Center for Therapy, Education, Research in Sex, Marriage and Relationships.

An erect penis is typically between four to five inches long with a diameter between 1.0 and 1.5 inches. Of course there are variations in this range, which allow for some larger and some smaller penises.
THAT MEANS PENIS SMALLER THAN 4″ ARE ALSO CAPABLE OF GIVING AND TAKING SEXUAL SATISFACTION.

PENIS SIZE, SEX AND WOMEN

Virtually every man forgets that it doesn’t matter how long or how short your penis is, because the vagina will accommodate itself to any length.

The vagina of a woman who hasn’t had a child is only 7.5cm (3 inches) long when she’s not sexually excited. The figures for women who have had babies are only slightly different.

Even when aroused, a woman’s vagina usually extends only to a length of about 10cm (4 inches).

This means any man’s penis will fill her vagina completely, unless you happen to have an erect penile length of less than four inches.
PENIS BEND, CURVE
It is not uncommon for a man’s penis to curve a bit when it is erect. The degree of the curve varies from man to man, but it generally causes no discomfort or interference with sexual activity.

DO YOU HAVE SMALL SIZE PENIS?
DO YOU THINK YOU NEED PENIS ENLARGEMENT?

CONCLUSION
Many people suffer for many years because of wrong belief that their penis is small and they are therefore sexually inadequate. Money, time and energy is wasted in attempt at enlarging penis. It is VERY important to get examined by best Sex Therapist and learn techniques and methods to have roaring great sex life with the same penis. It is possible to give full satisfaction in sex and take full sexual satisfaction even if today you believe your penis is small.
EFFECTS OF ED
Erectile Dysfunction (previously called
IMPOTENCE) causes such a marked dissatisfaction that it can lead to severe distress amounting to depression and can even lead to considerable impairment in work and relationships.

A boy/man/guy afflicted with ED (Erectile Dysfunction) can have difficulty that spills in to other areas of his life (aspects other than sexual life) 24 x 7. The mind becomes unquiet even if he imagines he has ED, that is in the absence of proven ED. ED, unfortunately, becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.

CAUSES OF SITUATIONAL ED
What this means is -
IMPORTANT -
a man may not really have ED, but the doubt, the apprehension, the belief, just the imagination, fear or worry of ED (impotence) can lead to impotence/erectile dysfunction.
The other causes of situational ED is
fatigue,
distraction,
ignorance,
inadequate sexual arousal (no mood)
and
disturbance (some physical or emotional disturbance as having had a bad day or the mood is not just right).

Often in this type of ED the sexual act is mechanical (without enough sexual arousal) or forced attempt at sexual intercourse, that is, attempting sex in the absence of high sexual arousal, as in situations when sex is motivated mainly by intention of pregnancy or when the Doctor has recommended certain dates for sexual intercourse to facilitate conception or to avoid pregnancy.

It may also occur just because he/she believes he/she is expected to do sex (important situational reason) as on occasions such as the first night after wedding (Suhagrat) when he is really not prepared for it.

FEAR OF FAILURE
PERFORMANCE ANXIETY
Fear of failure is a common cause of Erectile Dysfunction.
It is well known that PERFORMANCE ANXIETY causes impotence or failure to obtain or sustain erection.
If the boy (guy/man) is under pressure resulting from too much desire to impress her, example, as in extra marital affair (includes premarital affair) or during honey moon (wrongly believing that first impression is the last impression).

MYTHS MISCONCEPTIONS
He may be stressed out due to high expectation from one self or lack of confidence of one’s sexual ability or misconception, myth or wrong belief about genitals or their ability.

Prognosis
GOOD NEWS is almost often, especially under the guidance of an experienced counsellor (Sex Therapist), this man’s ED is curable.

Definition
WHAT IS SITUATIONAL ED?
Situational Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is TEMPORARY inability in obtaining and or maintaining Erection good enough for satisfactory sexual intercourse.

Note that this ED is temporary and almost always curable even without medicines usually with the help of an expert marriage or sex counsellor.

Differential Diagnosis
WHAT IS NOT SITUATIONAL ED?
In contrast to situational ED is ORGANIC ED, that is ED, which is because of causes such as actual damage caused by disease processes such as Diabetes or Hypertension. Thus, pathological process is implicated in the causation of Organic Erectile Dysfunction.

become stiff. Also i have weak glans penis tissue getting reddish
during sex.
I had heavy fixed drug reaction about 2 years earlier for about 3
months healing time in glans penis . Dermatologist says that cut in
frenulum and weakness of penis tissue is not because of reaction and
the cream he gives for applying does not help. plz also note that i
dont have std.
plz propound some medication.

thanks and regards

DOCTOR’S REPLY
Hi
Your condition is curable and erection should be no problem.

Please understand that the base of the frenulum is notorious for getting torn during vigorous sexual intercourse.
As other wounds this also heals remarkably well.

From the details provided I suggest
1)
Do frequent masturbation.
It will get you erection and the sexual apparatus will function well.
Masturbation also causes friction. However, your hand regulates the thrusts. Hence, the frenulum becomes used to the friction eventually and the skin becomes tough. Thereby during future sexual intercourse the chances of injury are minimized.

2)
Using a condom acts as a protective sheath and prevents abrasion.

3)
Instead of vaseline I have advised KY Jelly to my patients in the past.

4)
No circumcision
My patients have recovered with the above tips and they have not had to do circumcision, which is what some doctors may advice you.

5)
Unlikely given your age, but check for Blood Sugar.
I hope you do not have diabetes.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or issues.

Measuring the penis

To get the most accurate measurements for an individual’s penis size, it has been recommended that several measurements be taken at different times, preferably with different erections on different days. The measurements are then to be averaged together. This is to account for what may be natural variability in size due to factors such as arousal level, time of day, room temperature, frequency of sexual activity, and unreliability of the measurement methods

Length

The length can be measured with the subject standing and the penis held parallel to the floor. The penis is measured along the top, from the base to the tip.

Circumference

Penis girth is the measurement of the circumference of the completely erect penis. It is variously quoted as an average of three measurements: just below the glans penis, in the middle of the shaft, and at the base.

A penis must be completely erect in order to obtain an accurate measurement.

No standardized measuring meter with sexologists

Erect Penis

At least one Brazilian doctor resorted to injecting penises with drugs to induce erection, which gave more consistent results.
Some clinicians measure the penis by stretching the flaccid penis as far as comfortably possible.
A study conducted by LifeStyles Condoms found an average of 14.9 cm (5.9 in) with a standard deviation of 2.1 cm (0.8 in) (measured by staff).
The purpose of this study was to ensure properly sized condoms were available.

A review published in 2007 issue of BJU International, have shown that average erect penis length is 14–16 cm (5.5-6.3 in) and its
girth is 12–13 cm (4.7-5.1 in).
This paper compares results of twelve studies conducted on different populations in several countries.

Flaccid length

One study found the mean flaccid penis length to be 3.5 inches (8.9 cm) (measured by staff). A review of several studies have shown average flaccid length to be 9–10 cm. Length of the flaccid penis does not necessarily correspond to length of the erect penis; some smaller flaccid penises can grow much larger, and some larger flaccid penises cannot grow much larger.

Stretched length

Flaccid penis length is a poor estimate of erect length, a better estimate is stretched length, that is 12–13 cm, as shown in review by Wylie and Erdley.

DEFINITION PE

Premature ejaculation (PE) is recognized to be the most common male sexual disorder. PE provides difficulties for professionals who treat this condition because there is neither a universally accepted definition nor a medication approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Despite these shortcomings, physicians continue to diagnose their patients with PE according to major guidelines and treat them with either behavioral therapies or off-label medications. This review focuses on current and emerging treatment options and medications for PE. Advantages and limitations of each treatment option are discussed in the light of current published peer-reviewed literature.

[A] Question
Why penis skin does not come down?

REPLY
It is a natural variation among males.

Most of the people can retract their prepuce even when the penis is tumescent. Some are not able to retract even during detumescent state.

Even if the penis does not come down it does not impede sex.
Only precaution to be taken is to bring back the skin forwards if at all it comes back. Otherwise it causes paraphimosis.

In infants if there is difficulty passing urine, which is called as phimosis, circumcision is done.

[B]Does circumsiation has effect on sexual pleasure?

Medical Fact
Circumcision does not diminish or increase sexual pleasure for man and woman.

Belief
If one believes it increases or decrease sexual pleasure she/he may experience accordingly.
