FORESKIN HUMAN PENIS PREPUCE

Paraphimosis is a condition where the foreskin when pulled behind stay’s back like a constricting band and even on pushing towards the tip of the penis it does not go to cover the glans penis.
In other words:
Paraphimosis is when foreskin (= prepuce) of the penis is stuck behind and the front (glans) of penis gets exposed, swollen and is painful.

Paraphimosis happens in men who have some amount of phimosis. That is the foreskin in these individuals does not go back (retract) easily completely.

How to prevent paraphimosis?

Whenever the foreskin comes behind, immediately take it forward and re-position it to cover the front tip of the penis.
The foreskin may come back during vigorous masturbation or during rocking sexual intercourse.
Immediately pulling the skin forward is the best way to prevent paraphimosis from happening.
जब भी आगेकी चमडी पिछे आ जाय उसे तुरंत पूर्ववत अपने हाथ से आगे ले आइये|

In male human anatomy, the foreskin is a double-layered fold of skin and mucous membrane that covers the glans penis and protects the urinary meatus (pron.: /miːˈeɪtəs/) when the penis is not erect. The foreskin is typically retractable over the glans. It is also described as the prepuce, a technically broader term that also includes the clitoral hood in women, to which the foreskin is embryonically homologous.
